Hsieh, Tsu-Yi
Chief of Clinical Competences Center, Taichung Veterans General Hospital
Hsieh, Tsu-Yi graduated from School of Medicine, China Medical University. He worked at Taichung Veterans General Hospital since 1995. He became an attending physician of division of allergy, immunology and rheumatology, department of internal medicine, at Taichung Veterans General Hospital in 2002. Now, Hsieh, Tsu-Yi is the Chief of Clinical Competence Center of Taichung Veterans General Hospital. His majority is improvement of patient safety and TRM through simulation.
Amanda Wilford
Clinical Education Manager, CAE Healthcare Academy International
Mandy (Amanda) trained at The Nightingale School of Nursing, London and after qualifying in 1990 moved to Bristol in 1991. During her time in Bristol Royal Mandy undertook postgraduate qualifications specializing in cardiac nursing, health promotion and education becoming a Ward Sister and then a Practice Educator. Mandy also became a visiting lecturer at The University of the West of England (UWE). In September 2014 she had a chapter published in the Russian Simulation Society textbook “ Simulation in Simulation Education of Nurses in Europe: Evolution and Revolution”. Mandy currently works with a small team of clinicians across the world in the CAE Healthcare Academy – International and is the Clinical Education Manager within this department.

2004年8月，在本院急診完成專科醫師訓練，到中國醫藥大學附設醫院急診部服務。自2006年開始，因應醫學教育多元化的發展趨勢，教學部添購高階模擬器，在醫學系和急診部主管的推薦下，張耀田醫師和我接手，並從無到有發展實習醫學生 (UGY) 和急診住院醫師情境模擬教學課程，包括編寫情境教學案例、課程引導和雙向回饋，經歷情境課程的學員滿意度高。2009年7月開始執行畢業後一般醫學 (PGY) 急診實務訓練課程，我們又回到台中榮總急診部協助教學工作與訓練計畫的推動。
吳杰亮

吳杰亮主任於1988年畢業於國立陽明大學醫學系，台中榮總內科接受完整訓練後，取得內科專科、胸腔重症、急救加護、重症醫學、高壓氧等專科醫師資格。於1997年升任胸腔內科主治醫師，2009年取得到國立中興大學生命科學系博士學位，2005年取得部定助理教授資格，目前是國立陽明大學講師，中國醫藥大學的兼任助理教授。2006年9月起轉任臺中榮總呼吸治療科主任。2011年擔任臺中榮總嘉義分院內科部主任，2001年起持續參與各項品質管理與改善活動，2014年起擔任臺中榮總品質管理中心主任。
廖薰香

Hsun-Hsiang Liao,
Deputy Executive Manager, Taiwan Joint Commission on Hospital Accreditation
廖熏香現任職醫策會副執行長，同時亦於台灣大學健康管理所博士班進修中。主要的專長在於醫療品質、病人安全、指標監測、教育訓練等。目前擔任醫策會醫療品質獎評審委員、台北巿衛生局醫療安全委員會委員及醫院雜誌編輯委員。
熏香完成護理專業訓練後即進入台北榮總做臨床護理工作，主要的經驗在急診及加護病房的照護。1991年到美國美國匹茲堡州立大學攻修心理學及人力資源開發。於1995年取得Educational Specialist學位並返回台灣後，進入慈濟醫院開始醫療品質專業的生涯。1999年適逢醫策會成立，即由醫院轉任醫策會，有幸加入全國性醫療品質及病人安全的推廣工作。醫策會任職十多年的期間，與醫療機構合作，設計及執行多元化的品質及病安訓練課程；建立台灣臨床指標系統及病人安全通報系統；引進美國品質突破系列Breakthrough Series於台灣進行主題性的跨機構品質提昇及TeamSTEPPSy於台灣與醫院共同推行運用醫療團隊資源管理於病人安全的提升；同時亦提供機構透過台灣醫療品質競賽的機制促成團隊間的標竿學習等。

Hou-Chang Chiu,
Deputy Superintendent of Shin-Kong Wu Ho-Su Memorial Hospital
Dr. Hou-Chang Chiu has over 35 years of experience in the neurological profession. After graduating from Medical College of National Taiwan University where he obtained a Doctor of Medicine, he joined the Neurology Department of National Taiwan University Hospital. Today he is Deputy Superintendent of Shin-Kong Wu Ho-Su Memorial Hospital, and serves as Associate Dean in the Medical College of Fu-Jen Catholic University. He is an Associate Editor of both “Journal of Clinical Apheresis” and “Acta Neurologic Taiwanica.”
Cedrin Law

Cedrin Law studied the effects of inducible nitric oxide synthase on pulmonary CXC chemokine production and polymorphonuclear leukocyte surface expression of adhesion molecules in sepsis from department of Pharmacology & Toxicology, University of Western Ontario, and got his master degree in 2006. Then, he got MBA from John Molson School of Business, Concordia University in 2013. He is a driven professional in the healthcare industry with expertise in sales, marketing and business strategy. With a dedication to excellence combined with strong coaching, communication and collaboration skills he has demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams in the successful development and execution of strategic plans. As a Product Marketing Manager, Cedrin Law is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve strategic brand objectives. By combining passion with strong business acumen he is able to motivate teams as well as make sound business decisions.
